Rule 1: Don't cross the streams.

I thought I was getting caught up in the Mass Effect gaming hype, and I just recently talked myself out* of needing to pre-order the limited edition and get the bonus disk material (repeats to self, "I can always get it on eBay..."). Then I find out about this game that's due next fall, and I lost my soul.
